Beverly has served the
ICSA for many years and
has consistently brought
a level of enthusiasm
and spirit that is
unmatched. Beverly and
her husband Don live in
Jacksonville, Florida
where Beverly works for
ADP.
President - Bill
Gessert Bill brings
vision and leadership to
his position with the ICSA and is eager to
move the Association
successfully into the
future. Bill and his
wife Lisa live in Staten
Island, New York where
Bill is Senior Partner
with
TeleSolutions
Consultants LLC.
Director of
Membership - Betty
McCorkle Betty is
well suited to serve in
this capacity and has
also served successfully
as President of the
CCSMG Chapter of the
ICSA. Betty lives in
Delaware where she is
employed by DuPont.
Director of Chapter
Development - Tom Rocca
Tom has successfully
served as Chapter
President in the Atlanta
Chapter of the ICSA. He
and his wife Lucy live
in Atlanta where Tom is
President of KPI, Inc.
Director of Member
Benefits - Diane MacPherson,
CCSP Diane has
served as President of
the Kansas City Chapter.
She and her husband live
in the Kansas City area where
Diane is Director of
Customer Service Sales
and Operations for
National Seminars Group,
a Division of Rockhurst
